JOB SUMMARY
At Matchtech, we're looking for an Implementation Programme Director with expertise in banking sector transformations for a highly important client and direct contract with said client.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
- We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Implementation Programme Director for a prestigious client, with a direct contract with a major end-client.
- Responsibilities include managing and coordinating programs focused on transforming assisted channels (such as call center, branch, retail, etc) to meet the client's requirements and customer needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor project activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery.
- As a second point, we require experience in implementing software in both local and international projects.
- This includes collaborating with local stakeholders and internal teams across different teams and domains, creating and maintaining project documentation, assessing project risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Furthermore, the person selected will work closely with the Software Director to foster collaboration and oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Effective management of the program's tech budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation is also essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are desirable.
- Proven experience in program technology leadership for the banking sector related to assisted channels (call center, branch, retail, etc.).
- Experience in software implementation at both local and international levels.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience working under agile methodology.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
