Construction Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a project involving an Ammonia Cryogenic tank located in Immingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Collaborate with the project management team to establish and oversee the construction budget, subcontract management, and progress reporting.
• Design Coordination: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements, while implementing optimal construction methods.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold required quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Management: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and maintain a secure work environment.
• HR and Administration Liaison: Coordinate with HR and administration to ensure proper setup and management of industrial relations with subcontractors.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any schedule deviations to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management, preferably on major infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Technical expertise in areas such as piling, civil works, and/or mechanical works (including steel structure, piping, and equipment installation).
• Previous experience in Cryogenic Tanks is advantageous but not mandatory.
