Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a leading company in the HTP sector, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of all commercial objectives.
About The Role

• Providing the commercial function across projects to ensure successful project delivery.
• Working within a team of talented professionals to coordinate and provide support in all aspects of project delivery.
• Undertaking pre-contract setup, including forecasting, measurement, sub-contract tendering, and procurement.
• Effectively managing the commercial aspects of the project, including valuations, budget monitoring, and contract variations.
• Preparing, managing, and negotiating the agreement of Final Accounts.
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Producing and maintaining project forecasts to support monthly reporting.
• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in the HTP sector is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
