Job description

Overview: Our aerospace client is seeking a Haas Machine Operators to join their team at the Redditch facility. The facility specializes in the manufacturing of various aerospace components including hose assemblies, rigid tube assemblies, quick disconnect couplings, and more. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery to meet production targets and quality standards.

Position 1: HAAs Machine Operator

• Pay Grade: B
• Initial Pay: £14.12 per hour for the first 3 months
• Subsequent Pay: £15.69 per hour (unless highly experienced, whereby pay can start at £15.69)
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain HAAs (Hose Assembly) machinery efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform minor repairs on machinery as needed.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and resolve issues.

• Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with operating HAAs machinery is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
